THE WORK BENEATH THE WORK

When the stakes are high,
more activity is rarely the answer.

Leaders often know something needs to shift. The harder task is seeing the whole system clearly enough to decide what matters, what connects—and what must happen next.

Prism & Peak creates the space for sharper choices, aligned leadership and transformation that can endure beyond the immediate moment.

WHEN A CONVERSATION HELPS

You may be at an inflection point.

  1. 01

Growth has outpaced the way the organisation works.

  2. 02

A transformation is moving, but leaders are pulling in different directions.

  3. 03

Technology decisions are running ahead of organisational readiness.

  4. 04

The organisation needs independent perspective before committing to its next move.

HOW I HELP

Advisory shaped around the decision—not a predetermined solution.

Every engagement is deliberately scoped. I work as a strategic advisor, independent challenger and bridge across functions—without adding another layer of noise.

01

Operating Model & Organisational Architecture

Clarify how the organisation needs to work as it grows, transforms or repositions—across structure, capability, accountabilities and decision rights.

  • Future-state direction
  • Organisation and role clarity
  • Capability priorities
02

Transformation Governance & Strategic Oversight

Support boards and leadership teams to turn ambition into a coherent transformation agenda, with the governance and cross-functional alignment needed to sustain momentum.

  • Transformation priorities
  • Decision and governance forums
  • Independent board and executive perspective
03

Leadership Alignment & Change Enablement

Create the conditions for leaders and teams to make difficult choices together—and carry those choices through the organisation.

  • Leadership alignment
  • Change mobilisation
  • Practical stakeholder pathways

AN ENTERPRISE VIEW

Value, People and Technology belong in the same conversation.

Transformation becomes fragile when business value, people implications and technology choices are treated as separate agendas.

I help leaders connect the three—surfacing assumptions, consequences and interdependencies early enough to make better enterprise decisions.

EXAMPLES OF MY WORK

Selected transformations, shared with discretion.

These examples are anonymised to respect the organisations involved. They show how I work across Value, People and Technology—and from strategic intent through to practical change.

01GLOBAL ORGANISATION · APACCreating the foundations for an integrated people and systems architecture
THE CHALLENGE

A fragmented estate of people, payroll and planning systems had left markets relying on local workarounds and inconsistent information.

WHAT I DID

Clarified the role of each platform, strengthened governance and connected People, Finance and Technology around a multi-year regional architecture.

WHAT CHANGED

Established an integrated foundation for workforce information, stronger controls and more coherent regional decision-making.

Operating-model thinking · Enterprise architecture · Cross-functional mobilisation

02NATIONAL PUBLIC-SECTOR AGENCYRedesigning a high-volume public-service process
THE CHALLENGE

A 14-day application process needed to move faster without compromising policy intent or operational integrity.

WHAT I DID

Led end-to-end process re-engineering with frontline operations and technology teams, redesigning the work rather than simply automating existing steps.

WHAT CHANGED

Reduced turnaround in successive stages—from 14 days to 7, then 3, and ultimately overnight—allowing employers to receive decisions considerably sooner.

Process redesign · Change mobilisation · Policy-to-execution

03REGIONAL LOGISTICS GROUPTranslating enterprise value into operational ownership
THE CHALLENGE

A diverse regional portfolio needed a shared way to connect everyday operational decisions with enterprise value.

WHAT I DID

Led EVA and business-excellence initiatives across operations in Singapore, China and India, helping teams translate value drivers into practical improvement.

WHAT CHANGED

The work was accompanied by a documented S$3.8 million improvement in EVA and a stronger culture of ownership across the organisation.

MEET LYNDITH

Perspective earned across functions, sectors and transformation cycles.

I have spent more than 30 years at the intersection of business, people and technology—helping organisations make sense of complexity and carry decisions through to execution.

My experience spans public service, logistics, technology, chemicals and luxury retail across APAC. I have worked through growth, restructuring, operating-model change, enterprise systems and the governance needed to make transformation stick.

Today, I bring that breadth to leaders who need an experienced, independent perspective—especially when the challenge does not fit neatly within one function.
