My experience spans public service, logistics, technology, chemicals and luxury retail across APAC. I have led through growth, restructuring, operating-model change and enterprise systems—grounded in practical governance.
Today, I bring that breadth to leaders who need an experienced, independent perspective—especially when the challenge does not fit neatly within one function.
