WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Independent advisory for the decisions that shape transformation.

I work with founders, boards and senior leadership teams when growth or change calls for a clearer view of how the organisation should work, what leaders need to decide and what will help the change endure.

When this helpsHow I work with youWhat you can expect
01

Diagnose what is holding transformation back

The transformation programme is busy, but leaders cannot see the intended business value. Decisions may be slow, ownership unclear or adoption uneven—and people disagree about what is holding progress back.

I examine the relevant plans and evidence, gather perspectives from key leaders and look across the operating model, governance, capabilities and readiness for change.

A shared view of the underlying issues, prioritised risks and capability gaps, and clarity on the decisions that need attention first.

02

Advise on a critical transformation decision

A significant change is being shaped or is underway, and leaders need an independent view on its direction, implications or readiness.

I test the assumptions behind a proposal, connect its business, people and technology implications, and help leaders weigh the trade-offs before committing to a course of action.

A better-informed decision, clearer ownership and earlier action on issues that could delay delivery or erode the intended value of the change or transformation initiative.

03

Provide fractional strategic advisory alongside your team

An internal team or the client’s appointed consultants are progressing a transformation. The sponsor wants an independent enterprise view as important choices arise.

I work alongside the client’s sponsor and internal team, and with the client’s appointed consultants where relevant, at an agreed cadence. I test key proposals against intended value, operating-model implications, people readiness and governance.

I work through decisions with the team, making the reasoning, trade-offs and useful practices visible. The client’s team and consultants retain responsibility for delivery.

Better-informed enterprise decisions, earlier visibility of risk and clearer ownership.

The client’s team also builds the judgement and practical habits to lead future change with greater confidence and less reliance on external support.

04

Align leaders around the decisions

Leaders hold different views of the priorities, trade-offs or responsibilities. Decisions are revisited, progress slows or teams receive mixed signals.

I design and facilitate a focused diagnostic conversation or working session. We examine the evidence, surface differences and turn discussion into explicit choices and commitments.

Agreed priorities, recorded decisions, clear ownership and a practical path for carrying those decisions into the organisation.

SHAPED AROUND THE NEED

A scope that fits the decision.

An engagement may focus on one question or continue through a defined period of transformation. We agree the scope, the people who need to be involved and the decisions or outcomes the work should support.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

You do not need a finished brief.

We can begin with what you are seeing, what feels unresolved and whether an independent perspective would be useful.
